"Triple threat" Alle-Faye Monka took some time out from her busy schedule to come out to the salon for a day of beauty, fun and photos.  Alle needed some new head shots and publicity stills, so we spent a day cutting, coloring, applying makeup and shooting a group of innocently sexy photos.  As you'll see at the bottom of this page, Alle was kind enough to indulge me with some more interesting, artisitc shots.  ;-)

We began at Madison Avenue West where I highlighted Alle's whole head with foils, then toning her with a special formula to give her locks a soft, wheaty color that is so natural-looking no one even knows she colors it.  Until now.  Sorry, Alle!

After her color was finished, we slightly trimmed her long, curly layers, then applied a capsule of Snob Girls Bodydense Bio-Serum, working it in with my hands first, then combing it through for even distribution.  I decided to do a wet set, so I then applied a generous amount of Snob Girls Pro-Styler Texture Mousse to her hair and proceeded to set her on large velcro rollers.

While her hair dried, I began applying Alle's makeup for the first look of the day, which we shot at the historic site The Ayres/Knuth Farm here in Denville, NJ.

I will post a step-by-step runthrough of everything I used during her makeup application below the photos.

How I achieved Alle's look in the photos above and below....

We used only TIGI Cometics for this makeover. I began by applying TIGI Mineral Tint in Cameo Glow, followed by a light dusting of Powder Foundation in Shi Shi. For her eyeliner, I used Perfect Eyeliner in Black on her top and bottom lash lines. I used both the wax and powder in the Blonde Brow Sculpting Duo (applied with an Angle Brush) to create more definition and to extend the outer line of her brows further.

For her eyes I wanted to use only the colors in the TIGI High Density Eyeshadow Palette, since many of you have asked to see how to use those colors.  the purple in her crease below her brow bone almost to the innner corner of her eye, and I used the gold on her eyelids about two thirds out from the inner corner (both applied with Shading Brush), then with a Blending Brush I applied the light beige on her browbone up to her eyebrows and pulled it all the way down to the inner corner of her eyes, then I lightly blended the light beige over her entire lid to soften the line of demarcation between the 3 colors.   Her lashes were lengthened with TIGI Lash Love Black Mascara.

Using a Powder Brush, I lightly applied Brilliance Glow Blush to the apples of Alle's cheeks, then applied a light dusting to her cheekbones, forehead, temples, nose and chin. I finished her look by lining her lips with TIGI Perfect Lipliner in Decaf, then with a with a Lip Brush I applied Decadent Lipstick in Bliss, followed by  Luxe Lipgloss in Goddess.  I also added a tiny bit of the light beige fromt he eyeshadow palette to her lips, just for a little more "glow".

In the photos below (in the orange gown), I didn't re-do her makeup,  I simply blotted Alle's lips, then applied  Decadent Lipstick in Splendor, dusted on a bit of Awaken Glow Blush, followed by a coating of  Luxe Lipgloss in Diamonds & Pearls, and it gave her a whole new look!

As I mentioned before, Alle was kind enough to indulge me by letting me create a couple of surreal images (shown below) of her just for fun.  Hope you like them!
